Returns & Refunds – Signature by K&J
At Signature by K&J, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece.
If something isn’t as expected, we’re here to make it right.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Approved returns should be sent to: Egilsvägen 1, 194 63 Upplands Väsby, Sweden.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter with care and priority.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale items

Exchanges
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
